Saunas

Sauna configurator software for dealer networks

Dealect gives sauna manufacturers one configurator for the whole dealer network. Dealers pick the size, wood, and heater on screen, watch the price update with every click, and send you an order your shop can build. No spreadsheets, no waiting on the factory for every price.

In plain words

What is a sauna configurator?

A sauna configurator is software that lets a dealer or buyer put together a custom sauna on screen: the room size and layout, the wood for cladding and benches, the heater, doors, windows, and accessories. It carries the manufacturer's rules, so it only offers combinations the factory can build, and it prices the sauna as the options change. For a maker selling through dealers, that is the difference between a price that lives at your office and a price that exists wherever the dealer happens to be standing. The dealer builds the sauna with the buyer, quotes it on their own margin, and what reaches the factory is an order the shop can cut to.

Dealect is that configurator with a dealer portal wrapped around it and an order flow behind it. Your dealers quote and order on their own, any hour, and you keep the whole network on one screen.

The problem

Why quoting custom saunas by hand breaks down

Wood species, heaters, sizes, and glass add up to more combinations than any price list can hold.

Options multiply fast

Cedar or spruce, indoor or outdoor, one room or two, and a heater to match each size. Every choice moves the price, and a static list is always a step behind.

Every quote waits on the factory

A dealer has a buyer in the showroom, but the price lives at your office. The deal cools while the email thread grows.

Stale spreadsheets quote old prices

Wood and heater costs move, but the file a dealer quotes from does not. The gap between the two comes out of someone's margin.

A wrong spec becomes a wrong build

A hand-typed order with the wrong heater or door swing goes to the shop. A custom sauna cannot be restocked or resold.

One line, counted

4 × 3 × 3 × 4 × 3 × 2 = 864 buildable saunas.

Nobody maintains 864 rows in a spreadsheet, so what actually gets maintained is a list of the dozen builds that sell most, and every dealer asking for anything else waits on your office. A configurator holds the rules instead of the rows: the heater list narrows itself once the length is chosen, and all 864 stay quotable without one of them being written down.

How it works

How Dealect works for saunas

One flow from the first click to the build sheet. The dealer builds it, the price keeps up, and the spec your shop works from writes itself.

  1. Step 01 · Your dealer, with the buyer

    Step 1: Configure

The dealer builds the sauna on screen: room size, wood species, heater, door, glass, and accessories. Your rules sit behind every option, so a heater that does not match the room never shows up. With AR, the buyer points a phone and sees the configured sauna standing in their own backyard.

  2. Step 02 · The price follows every click

    Step 2: Quote

The price updates as the sauna changes. Each dealer works from their own list and watches their own margin move, and what the sauna costs you to build never appears on their screen. The buyer gets a finished quote in minutes that matches exactly what they saw.

  3. Step 03 · From yes to build sheet

    Step 3: Order

When the buyer signs, the configuration becomes the order: priced, valid, and complete. It waits on your approval, and then your shop gets the spec and the bill of materials exactly as configured. Nothing retyped, nothing guessed.

Who it's for

Who it is for

Dealect is built for manufacturers of high-ticket custom saunas who sell through dealers. If every price still comes from your office, this page is about you.

  • Sauna manufacturers selling through dealer networks
  • Builders of outdoor saunas with configurable sizes, wood, and heaters
  • Manufacturers whose dealers still quote from PDFs and spreadsheets

Saunas are not the only vertical. We also build configurators for outdoor kitchens. Read the outdoor kitchen configurator page, or explore the whole platform on the Dealect homepage. The same engine runs every product line we build, a 3D product configurator for custom manufacturers. What your dealers actually drive on a deal is a sales configurator. The place your sauna dealers sign in to quote and order is the B2B customer portal.

FAQ

Sauna configurator questions

Can a sauna configurator handle wood species, heaters, and custom sizes?

Yes. Sizes, wood, heaters, doors, and accessories are options with rules behind them. You set the rules once, so a heater that is wrong for a room size is never offered, and every quoted sauna is one your factory can build.

How do dealers quote saunas with their own margin?

Each dealer works in their own portal with their own prices. They see their margin while they configure, the buyer only sees the finished quote, and your cost price stays private.

How long does it take to get a sauna configurator live?

Weeks, not months. What we need is the size list, the rules that tie a heater to a room volume, and the prices you already quote from; the configurator gets built around those. The timeline for your own line is the last thing covered on the demo call. Nothing gets installed on your side, and approved orders can be handed to your ERP.

What does a sauna configurator cost?

One price per manufacturer. It covers every dealer who quotes your saunas, so a new dealer costs you nothing extra. What moves the figure is the size of your range, how many heater, wood, and room-size rules have to be written down, and whether approved orders must flow into your ERP. No price is published on this site, since a single number could not describe your line. The demo call ends with yours.

Why not a 3D viewer or a bestseller list?

A plain 3D viewer shows a pretty sauna and knows nothing about it: it will happily show a heater that is too small for the room, and it never prices anything. A bestseller list of twelve models is priced but fixed, so every custom request goes back to the factory by email. The configurator holds the rules, the sizes, and each dealer's prices in one place. The buyer sees the room they are buying, the dealer sees the margin, and the factory gets a build it can make.
