Terms of Service

Short and readable on purpose. These terms cover your use of the Dealect website and what happens when you request a demo.

Agreement

By using https://dealect.com(the "site"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Dealect. You can reach us at info@dealect.com.

What this site is

The site describes Dealect, a configurator and quoting portal for manufacturers of high-ticket custom products, and lets you request a demo. Content on the site, including the interactive homepage demo, is for information only. It is not an offer, a quote, or a contract for any product or service.

Demo requests

Submitting the demo request form sends us your details so we can contact you by email and arrange a call. It does not book a time slot by itself, does not create a subscription, and does not commit you or us to anything. Any actual engagement between your company and Dealect would be covered by a separate written agreement.

How we handle the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information through our forms, or impersonate another person or company
  • Probe, overload, scrape at scale, or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of the site
  • Use the site for anything unlawful

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including text, design, graphics, and the Dealect name and logo, belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to the site freely. You may not copy our branding or present our content as your own.

No warranties

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the information on it accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error free, complete, or uninterrupted. Product descriptions, timelines, and results shown on the site describe what we build toward, not a promise about your specific outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dealect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
